Hi, welcome to my personal website!
My name is Zhuoyu (Jade) Wang, and I am a Ph.D. student under the supervision of Prof. Lei Guo. My academic journey is deeply rooted in the study of Computational Communication, Computational Multimodal Communication and Human-Computer Interaction studies.
I began my graduate studies at Fudan University under the guidance of Prof. Baohua Zhou, where I made significant academic progress.
Under the influence of Prof. Lei Guo, I developed an interest in multimodality and emotion. In my doctoral application’s research proposal, I explored how different combinations of music, text, and images in Douyin & Tiktok news videos can affect audience emotional arousal and attitude changes.
I am excited to participate in the computational communication research field, where I hope to deepen my understanding and connect with leading experts and scholars.
